Breathing with the Earth Meditation:

Inner Peace, Earth Connection​​

 

Join a guided breathwork (Pranayama) based meditation experience where personal wellbeing and the wellbeing of the planet come together. In these sessions, we cultivate inner calm, presence, and gratitude while deepening our connection to the Earth through breathing together.

​

Through mindful breathing, Pranayama, visualization, and nature-based awareness practices, you’ll experience a sense of harmony—within yourself and with the world around you. As we nurture our own peace, we also send out intentions of healing, peace, and care for the planet and all her inhabitants.

​

These meditations (organized approximately once a month) are flexible and open to everyone—whether you’re seeking inner stillness, a deeper bond with nature, or a meaningful way to engage with planetary wellbeing, peace, and other people.

​

Come sit together, breathe with the Earth, and be part of a movement of mindful connection.

​

Practical Information

The breathing meditation sessions are free to attend.

Next session

Location: Valkenburg aan de Geul

Day: Sunday morning 24 August 2025

Time: 10:30-11:30.
 

The meditation will be in a beautiful park in Valkenburg aan de Geul. The exact location will be announced per email after registration.

​

Please, bring your own yoga mat or meditation pillow, wear comfortable warm clothes, easy shoes, and bring a bottle of water.

​

The session will be guided in Dutch.

De sessie zal in het Nederlands gehouden worden.

​

Registration closes on the day before the session at 21:00.
